The Internet Ecommerce Directory

Are you new to ecommerce or need to find specific resources pertinent to ecommerce? This directory walks you through the entire process via links to a wide array of excellent articles and online resources, including an appendix of ecommerce related resources. In some respects, it's like your own free online training guide.

If you are new to the internet, you might benefit from reading the following background articles first to become better acquainted with how the internet works.
Web 101
Hot Wired is the online version of "Wired" a popular, long-standing internet magazine. This site provides an excellent primer on the World Wide Web. They have a very nice "history of the web" section.
W3C's Intro to the Web
Do you want the official word on the internet? Why not check out World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C's) introduction to the web. W3C is the official governing body of the international programming language of the internet & an excellent reference site.
Internet Society
This site provides an overview of the entire internet with history, legal, net rules, stats, etc.
