WHAT IS IT?

ART is Science.

WHY?

Art is facts. Facts are the foundations of evidence. Evidence is Science. Therefore, ART is Science.

WHERE?

Everywhere.

WITH WHOM?

Artists [painters and otherwise], designers [web, fabric, print, or other], musicians [designers of music] and writers [artists of the written word].

WHAT?

With their pen. i.e. a paint brush, a ruler, a pencil, a computer, a software program, a keyboard.

HOW?

An artist who paints. An artist uses color; by words, choices, deeds, or collage; to represent art (facts) and/or science (evidence).
