Art design is more than just art and/or commercial design. Art design on the internet is a well-designed; artistic presentation of knowledge, information, and imagery. Art design in print involves color, detail, slogans, and creativity. It is not just you typical Monet.

WHY IS THIS RELEVANT?

Art design, like fashion illustration - focuses on alternative artistic presentation of basic data. This is a unique facet of the commercial design industry. Many people specialize in "commercial design". However, only 25% of all fashion designers are conceptual artists.

WHAT IS A CONCEPTUAL ARTIST?

A conceptual artist, like a fashion illustrator, designs nuevo fashion look and feels. They present color presentations; graphic styles; template management; options; and alternative conceptual presentations of a client's final product. They "conceptualize". A good example is "Andy Warhol". Andy Warhol was known as a conceptual artist.
