It is not relevant. Without systems analysis, a macro-design system will fail. Therefore, it is only relevant if you wish to exist.

WHAT IS AN EXAMPLE OF SYSTEMS ANALYSIS?

Trouble-shooting web sites for flaws;
Troubleshooting network errors for blocks;
Breaking faulty police systems (i.e. detecting fatal breaches of security);
Analyzing case law for defects (a "Law Clerk");
Troubleshooting manufacturing and shipping warehouse delays and shutdowns for errors;
Analyzing accounting books for fatal mistakes (i.e. Contract Negotiations);
Fixing broken computer mainframes;
Analyzing Art for points-of-failure;
Marketing (Product Testing, Use Case Design, Product Marketing, and Cost Analysis);
Posting Scientific Reports, Data, and Feedback (i.e. A "Brief". For example, "What makes a Good Web Site?", "How do search engines increase productivity?" etc.)

These are some classic examples of "Systems Analyst" work in America.

Systems Analysts tend to be classified high due to their natural science background and natural aptitude in college.

The main concerns are: cults, stalkers, foreign intervention, software theft, fraud, blueprint theft, intelligence theft, extortion (i.e. Theft, Stealing, Murder), corporate piracy, malfeasance, and for profit reasons. i.e. They max'ed out college and therefore are intelligent by their nature.

Therefore, a lot of employers prefer to hire Systems Analysts as what comes with that is free corporate security for broke companies. Besides, their trade is to salvage damages regarding a broken concept in the first place. Thus, the nice side of Systems Analyst, as many Companies seem to know, is it comes with security (for the Company, and/or Project).
