SYSTEMS ANALYTICS

Systems analytics is the quantification and design of macros through art, marketing, science, business, and intelligence.

ART

Surprisingly a large portion of the day of a systems analyst involves art, lay-outs, and graphics design. For example, much of today's systems analytics involves blueprints; drawings; C.A.D. designs; corporate layouts; artwork; concept engineering; structuring; and designs. A good systems analyst works with color, schema, concepts, designs, patterns, grids, linear structures, form, math, lines, and geometrics.

MARKETING

The marketing side of systems analytics involves use case management, product marketing, end use case testing, design macros, modelling, marketing surveys, customer feedback, statistics, product quantification, and product market surveys. To build a macro design for example, one must know your end user.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

A large part of systems analytics also involves computers, Information Technology and/or "I.T.", and computerized intelligence. Good systems analytics require numbers, statistics, surveys, and database feeds or tables of data. Systems analytics also measures and utilizes good science.

SCIENCE

The science side of systems analytics requires eight to ten years of experience and/or grades. i.e. College and/or Education. For example, this can be in science, art, math, marketing, business, rules, regulations, the law, intelligence, I.T., and/or medical.

A good systems analyst should know how to:

  • Quantify. [Stats, Business Stats.]
  • "I.R.A.Q." or deduce - "Issues, Rules, Applications, and Questions"
  • Document
  • Plan
  • Forecast
  • Read detail
  • Understand technical manuals
  • Read logistics
  • Troubleshoot problems
  • calculate money
  • analyze, deduce, reason, and discover.

SUMMARY

What school do you need for this field of science? Here is the background you need to be a good systems analyst.
